Winter Solstice Celebration

Class Description

As the darkest day of the year arrives and the season of turning inwards and resting begins, join Reiki Practitioners Heidi Raymaakers of Soulful Intentions and Sarah Friedman of Flow on Main for a beautiful night of restoration and recalibration. This special evening will begin with individual tarot card readings with Heidi. Once everyone has arrived and had a chance to settle in, you will be guided through a grounding and soothing hour long restorative yoga class lead by Sarah. During this special session, both Sarah and Heidi will provide deeply relaxing and meaningful Reiki energy healing on you while you enjoy the benefits of restorative yoga poses. To close out the night, Heidi will perform a 15 minute sound bath meditation. Join us for this 2 hour signature seasonal event, Wednesday, December 20th, 2023 from 6-8 pm.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 4 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made 4 or more hours before the class's scheduled start time will be returned to your account. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class start time and no-shows will forfeit their class pass. There are no refunds.
