Class Description
Yin Yoga is a slow and passive style of yoga that focuses on the body's connective tissue. Similar to restorative yoga, yin yoga incorporates longer held postures (3-10 minutes), the use of props, and a meditative practice. Yin yoga promotes joint mobility, improves flexibility, enhances circulation, and reduces stress. Yin Yoga class is beginner friendly.

Cancellation Policy
For regularly scheduled yoga classes, reservations cancelled 4 or more hours before the class's scheduled start time will be returned to your account. In the event of a late cancellation and no-show, you forfeit your class pass. There are no refunds for regularly scheduled yoga classes. It is your responsibility to self-cancel through our website or app. For workshops and other irregularly-occurring events, reservations cancelled 12 hours before the event's scheduled start time will be eligible for a refund, minus a $5 credit card processing fee. No refund is available for late cancellations and no-shows. To cancel a workshop or irregularly-occurring event, email your request to kimberly@flowonmain.com.
