Thank you for choosing Flow on Main for your wellness journey. We offer a monthly unlimited yoga class package with convenient autopay to ensure you have consistent access to our classes. Please read the following policy regarding the autopay package and cancellation process carefully.

 

Autopay Package Details

Package Name: Monthly Unlimited 

Payment Frequency: Monthly

Cost: $99

Billing Date: Your Monthly Unlimited fee is automatically deducted from your credit or debit card on the purchase date of every month. For instance, if you purchased your Monthly Unlimited package on the 5th of the month, you will be charged on the 5th of every month. If you purchased your Monthly Unlimited on the 31, 30, or 29 of the month, you will be charged on that day OR the last day of the month if that day does not occur that month. 

Access: Unlimited access to all regularly scheduled yoga classes during the billing cycle. 

 

How to Cancel Your Unlimited Yoga Class Package

1. Notice Period 

   - Standard Cancellation: To cancel your autopay package, you must provide us with written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date. For example, if your next billing date is the 10th of the month, your cancellation notice must be received by the 3rd of the month.

   - Effective Cancellation Date: Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be billed for the following cycle.

2. How to Submit a Cancellation Request:

 - Email: Send an email to kimberly@flowonmain.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request - Unlimited Yoga Class Package.” Include your full name and a request to cancel your package.

3. Confirmation:

   - You will receive a confirmation email with written notice acknowledging your cancellation request within 3 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation, please follow up to ensure your request has been processed.

4. Refund Policy:

   - No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed.

5. Reactivation: 

   - If you decide to return to our Monthly Unlimited package after cancellation, you will need to enroll again and will be subject to the current package terms and pricing.

 

How to pause (suspend) your Monthly Unlimited package 

1. If you are planning to take an extended break from using your Monthly Unlimited package, you can pause (our booking software calls it “suspending”) your membership for any reason once per annual year. 

2. What happens when you are ready to reactivate your Monthly Unlimited package? 

   1. Let us know! You can send an email to kimberly@flowonmain.com and request your Monthly Unlimited be reactivated. While we will do our best to process requests as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for reactivation of your plan. 

   2. You will regain access to all services included in your Monthly Unlimited package. 

3. Automatic deductions will resume. For example, if before your plan suspension there was 14 days left before the next payment, then after reactivation, there is also 14 days left before your next payment. 

4. We will send you a confirmation email letting you know your request has been received, processed, and when your new monthly automatic deduction is scheduled to occur. 

Additional Information

- Late Fees: If you cancel after the 7 day notice period and your billing cycle has already begun, you will be charged for that billing cycle.

- Changes to Payment Information: If you need to update your payment details, please update your payment information at least 3 business days before your billing date to ensure uninterrupted service.
