My relationship with yoga and meditation has gone through many phases. I have been a yoga practitioner for well over a decade. And completed my yoga teacher training in 2016. In the beginning, yoga and meditation helped me destress from my draining corporate job. Then they helped me calm the racing new mom thoughts I struggled to tame. With practice, I became capable of recalibrating and got to know myself on a deeper level.
As time went on, yoga and meditation helped me adapt to change. I began to read my body in a different way, learning when it had the capacity for more, and when it was time to take rest.
Since then, my yoga and meditation practices have helped me build strength and stability in my joints, improve my balance, and handle the mental roadblocks that life often hands out. They have helped me raise babies, lift weights, climb mountains, and ski down them.
Over the last decade, I have acquired skills essential to lead the lifestyle I desire. And now, at Flow on Main, I get to fulfill my dreams of sharing those lessons with you. I look forward to seeing you on your mat.
Teacher and Reiki Practicianer
Sarah is a registered nurse with a love for the holistic side of medicine. As a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner she has truly come to know and appreciate the difference overall wellness makes in life. When she’s not at the hospital or teaching yoga, Sarah can be found spending time with her husband and three dogs, reading a good book, or spending time with friends and family.

Hi I’m Hailey!
I am a co-owner of Shire County Cleaning, when I’m not working hard at getting my clients homes and offices clean and clear you’ll likely find me walking my dog Scarlett with my partner Josh or with friends and family.
I believe in and understand the importance of work/life balance as well as the benefits of holistic wellness. I am a big advocate for mindfulness and meditation as a method of problem solving, stress relief and overall health.
I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and gained my teaching certification in 2022.
I am grateful for the opportunity to get to share this beautiful practice with all of you!
