I found yoga when I was struggling to manage a highly stressful corporate job in my 20s. I was drawn to the flowing nature of vinyasa yoga and the serene feeling you experience after a great class. So much so that in 2016, I embarked on my journey to become a yoga teacher by participating in an Ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher training with Sacred Jade Yoga.
Over the course of my teaching career, I have completed additional training in Ashtanga, functional movement, children's yoga, and yin yoga. My teaching style is a mix of everything I have learned over the last 15 years. You can expect an accessible, supportive, and playful environment when you attend one of my classes.
I am an active woman who loves to practice yoga, hike, ski, weight train, and sew.
I opened Flow on Main in January of 2023 with the intention of offering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment to share my take on yoga.

I graduated from my teacher training in May 2022 and have been teaching primarily Power Flow since. It’s important to me that mindfulness is ever present during physical practice, which can be seen in my classes. I love to help students challenge themselves while encouraging self-awareness and safety in movement. During my classes you can expect to feel strong, grounded, and empowered.

I was introduced to yoga as a child by my aunt, who served as my first yoga teacher. This early introduction sparked a lasting interest in the practice. I have consistently found that yoga provides me with a sense of peace and strength, serving as a reliable support throughout the various stages of my life. This is what inspired me to become a yoga teacher. I completed my 200 hour YTT in the Spring of 2024. My goal is to create an environment where you can cultivate your own sense of peace and strength during class. I hope you will leave feeling inspired to integrate yoga into your daily life.

Yoga found me at a young age. My parents sent me to Kripalu for "Yoga camp" when I was 11, and it has been an integral part of my life ever since. When I reached a major crossroads in my life in 2016, I decided to revisit Kripalu, this time for my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Since then, I've had the incredible opportunity to teach yoga in diverse locations around the globe, from the serene landscapes of Wyoming to the spiritual heart of India.
I believe that true yoga is done off the mat, when we are tested to apply the lessons we have learned. My classes are designed to help you carry everything you cultivate on the mat with you throughout your day-to-day life.
I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, so naturally my classes are filled with lots of hands-on bodywork and healing assists.
I love to incorporate unique playlists, spoken word poetry, and the rich philosophy of yoga into my classes.
If I'm not on my mat, you can find me traveling with my daughter, dancing around the kitchen while something is bubbling over, out hiking with our two dogs, or giving a massage, all of which I'm probably barefoot doing!
