Flow on Main Yoga Teacher Training

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self", are you ready to forge ahead down the next path?

Join AYC Level 3 Certified Yoga Teacher, Mat Pilates Instructor, and Functional Movement Practitioner, Kimberly Kidder to deepen your practice and learn more about the history, methodology, and philosophy of yoga. The Flow On Main Yoga Teacher Training is designed to teach you The Flow on Main Yoga Method. Kimberly designed this course for the everyday yoga practitioner. Whether you’re drawn to the more physical or introspective aspects of yoga, if you have been feeling the pull to learn more and deepen your personal practice or take the next step and teach others, this is the course for you.

The Flow on Main Yoga Teacher Training aims to help you find your own authentic path in the yoga world. As with any journey, no two paths are the same. The foundation you build in this yoga teacher training aims to help you find your own authentic voice and support you on your path to a deeper understanding of yourself and your practice. You will explore what feels most authentic in style and voice to you while being supported by your teacher trainers to better understand how to incorporate The Flow on Main Yoga Method into your life on and off of your yoga mat.

While The Flow On Main Yoga Teacher Training is rooted in the ancient wisdom of The 8 Limb Path of Ashtanga Yoga. We will be exploring yoga through many different formats. A strong foundation for a lifelong practice begins with the exploration and understanding of many different yoga styles and modalities. The Flow on Main Yoga Method will include modules on Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, and Yoga for Special Populations.

This training emphasizes critical thinking over memorization, encouraging you to understand why practices work and how to adapt them to meet the needs of diverse bodies and life experiences. You will receive regular opportunities to practice teaching, give and receive constructive feedback, and refine your communication and leadership skills. In addition to learning how to design meaningful classes, you will explore professional ethics, sustainable teaching practices, and the business foundations needed to begin teaching with confidence. By the completion of the program, you should expect to feel prepared to lead classes with competence, integrity, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

By connecting the ancient with the modern, Flow on Main YTT will teach you to hold space for yourself and others in both the physical practice and ancient wisdom. You’ll learn the interconnectedness of physical and spiritual alignment.  You’ll have 200 hours to learn about a practice nearly 5000 years old. It will be a vigorous four months learning the science and history of the practice. And this is just the start of your journey. This course is for those that are passionate and ready to lay that first brick.

The curriculum at Flow on Main Teacher Training is in alignment with the American Yoga Council professional standards and guidelines. Graduates of the Flow on Main YTT will be eligible for the American Yoga Council’s Certified Yoga Teacher Level 1 designation.

Please reach out to Kimberly Kidder  (kimberly@flowonmain.com) with questions. She is excited to help you explore this new path.
