Reiki & Restore
Reiki and Restore is a restful yoga class.
Restorative yoga is a practice all about slowing down and tuning in.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing practice where the practitioner uses gentle touch (or hands hovered above you) to gently guide the flow of energy through the body.
Reiki & Restore is designed to help you destress, improve your mood, and elevate your sleep.
Expect breathwork and a gentle spinal warm-up followed by longer held reclined postures with the support of props like blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks. During these longer held postures, your instructor will move throughout the room offering Reiki energy healing. If you would prefer hands-off Reiki, there will be time at the beginning of class to let your instructor know.
For everyone from beginners to long-time practitioners.

Sound Bath and Restore
Sound bath and Restore is a restful yoga class designed to strengthen and calm your nervous system. Class will begin with a mellow warm-up, before diving into a series of restorative postures, while your instructor moves about the room, bathing you in the sounds of various musical instruments and offering Reiki energy healing. Class will end with an extended savasana and sound bath meditation using a variety of crystal and Tibetan sound bowls.
Expect to spend the majority of class in reclined positions. You will walk away feeling deeply relaxed and recharged, ready to take on whatever life has in store for you.
For everyone from beginners to long-time practitioners.

Yoga Nidra and Restore
Yoga Nidra and Restore bring together the restful practice of restorative yoga with the guided meditation of Yoga Nidra.
Restorative yoga is all about slowing down and tuning in. After a gentle spinal warm-up, we will spend the first 30-40 minutes of class moving through mostly reclined and deeply supported postures. Expect heavy use of props to help create ease and restfulness within each posture.
The second half of the class will be an extended savasana with Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation called the yoga of sleep and employs yogic practices designed to bring about a sense of wholeness and balance.
For everyone from beginners to long-time practitioners.

Yin
Yin Yoga is a slow and passive style of yoga that focuses on the body's connective tissue. Similar to restorative yoga, yin yoga incorporates longer held postures, the use of props, and a meditative practice. Yin yoga promotes joint mobility, improves flexibility, enhances circulation, and reduces stress.
For everyone from beginners to long-time practitioners.
